They proactively offered assistance with my luggage. The hotel's convenient location near key attractions made sightseeing effortless. I found the complimentary parking beneficial. It was one less thing to worry about.
The corridor lighting seemed slightly dim at certain times. But it was very minimal.

the room was clean and tidy with good beds.
i found the air conditioning inadequate. i had to open the windows and request a fan just to make the room tolerable. the only bedding option was a heavy duvet. the laundry service listing was inaccurate and affected my trip.

convenient location quiet atmosphere high standard
The location proved quite convenient for accessing dover ferries. It was just a short drive. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. It allowed for a restful night's sleep. the room was also spotlessly clean. This demonstrated a high standard of care.
I noticed the air conditioning in the room did not seem adequate. This made the room somewhat uncomfortable.
